Kettner & G is a community-focused retail space that regularly hosts special events, promotions, and social gatherings in Downtown San Diego. Our events are designed to bring together customers, local businesses, artisans, and brands while creating unique experiences beyond traditional retail.
Past events have included: Comic-Con weekend celebrations, local artisan pop-ups, brand-sponsored showcases, community block parties, intimate DJ shows, comedy nights, seasonal and holiday promotions, comic book special releases, and 420 celebrations.
We thrive on fostering new ways to connect with our community through fun, engaging, and memorable events. 2026 San Diego Comic Con Social Meetup

Need a break from the crowds, lines, and convention chaos? Join fellow Comic-Con attendees, cosplayers, collectors, and locals at Kettner & G Tabacaria for a casual meetup just a few blocks from the San Diego Convention Center.
Throughout Comic-Con weekend we'll be hosting a relaxed social gathering featuring cosplay-friendly discounts, fandom-themed specials, giveaways, in-store prizes, and opportunities to meet other fans from around the world. Whether you're looking to show off your cosplay, make new friends, discuss the latest movie and TV announcements, or simply unwind on our patio with a fine cigar or smoke after a long day on the convention floor, this is a great place to connect with the Comic-Con community.
